When will my items be shipped?
Shipping:
In Stock items: Usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
Non-In Stock Items: Typically shipped within 1-2 weeks. (Item will need to be made exclusively for you)
Solid Gold Items: All solid gold items are made to order and generally require 3-6 weeks for production (unless specifically listed as in stock and ready to ship on our website or social media platforms).
Shipping Prices:
Standard Shipping: $15(CAD) for orders under $250.
Orders $250 and over Free Shipping.

Customs Duties:
Please be aware that the price of our product excludes customs duties.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, surcharges, excises, and any other governmental fees related to their merchandise. These customs fees, if applicable, are typically settled directly with your national government or postal service upon delivery.

Please note that you may encounter customs duties and taxes on your purchased items, and these fees are neither charged nor calculated by LAHPIANO.

In the event of returned shipments, the customer bears responsibility for any additional shipping fees and return charges incurred.

Stolen/lost package:
We do not accept liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer is responsible for any claims made with the shipping carrier.

If you are unable to locate your package, kindly contact the shipping carrier, and we will assist in filing a claim.

Depending on the result of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
