Refund policy

Returns:

  1. Return Period: Customers have 14 days after receiving their item to request a return.

  2. Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, including all original items intact. Refunds won't be processed for used or damaged items.

  3. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it's the freight forwarder's responsibility.

  4. Proof of Purchase: Customers need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the return.

  5. Return Process: To start a return, customers can contact LAHPIANO at support@lahpiano.com for instructions.

  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary based on carrier service and location. Tracking numbers should be used for all returns/exchanges.

  7. Refund/Exchange: LAHPIANO can only refund or exchange items that are received in accordance with their terms. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
