Refund Policy
Return Period: Customers have 14 days after receiving their item to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, including all original items intact. Refunds will not be processed for used or damaged items.
Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it becomes the freight forwarder’s responsibility.
Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for any return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Prices vary by carrier and location. A tracking number is required for all returns or exchanges.
